Special circumstances:

a When the wire and the side groove are not pumped at the same time, it is recommended to raise the temperature first to solve the problem that the side groove is not pumped, and then adjust the small vacuum time or the lower die speed to solve the wire.

b Local side groove pumping can not be stuck to solve the problem.

c. The problem of pulling the wire, if the mold is too deep or too convex, the upper mold and the iron strip must be placed.

2 small vacuum time: The length of time will affect whether the blister is pulled or drawn, and the basis for fine-tuning is the degree of heating and melting of the plastic leather.

For example, if the temperature is high, even if the reflective tape is attached, the leather material is in a melted state, and the vacuum is still not exhausted, and the vacuum time can be shortened, and vice versa. However, when the mold is a punch, it is easy to occur. Even if the leather is in a melted state, the wire is stretched, and the vacuum time should be lengthened.

3 Lower die rising speed: It mainly affects whether the blister is not evenly distributed in the thickness of the wire.

Special case:
a mold has a concave mold, and when it is matched with the upper mold, it should be finely adjusted. (The reason is that the upper mold will first press the finished product, and the lower mold speed should rise faster, and it will not be pulled at the bottom of the concave mold)

b When the mold is punched, the upper mold speed can be slowed down. 

c pumping is unevenly distributed, and it needs to be matched with the upper mold, and if necessary, the height of the upper mold can be finely adjusted.

d When the state of the wire is sometimes out of time, it may be caused by the wind pressure when the lower die rises, which causes the plastic material to melt in an unstable state, and it is necessary to finely adjust the height of the lower die.

4 Blowing and vibration demoulding fine adjustment: mainly affects whether the bulb will deform.

The control panel is fine-tuned for blowing, and there are two fine-tuning buttons. The upper part is the blowing frequency, and the bottom is the total blowing amount. The control box is finely adjusted for vibration demoulding. There are two fine-tuning buttons. The top is the total amount of vibration, and the bottom is the vibration frequency.

For example, when the thickness of the plastic material is thin and the bulb is easily deformed, the blowing frequency should be increased, and the total amount of blowing should be reduced. The total amount of vibration should be reduced, and the vibration frequency should be increased. However, usually only the air blow is fine-tuned, and the vibration fine adjustment is not adjusted.

5 Cooling and water spraying time: The length of the bulb affects whether the shell is easily deformed.

Usually the thickness of the plastic leather is thin and the cooling time is small. vice versa. The preset time of the water spray time is less than the cooling time. If the buffer time is not left, the machine will crash.
